The Fleur de Lis Store Online has the following returns policy:

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued. 

If you need to return an item you must first obtain a return authorization number from customer service.  
To reach customer service please call  318-640-4584 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm cst.  We will be happy to assist you.  

You will be responsible for shipping fees on all returns.
